Trustless Hub keeps discovery, source information, independent observations, and profile presentation separate. Ingestion is conservative: entities are linked by source identity or exact endpoint matches, never by name or description similarity.

The profile presents three questions separately: what is known from a source, what Trustless Hub observed, and what has independent verification evidence. Trustless Hub provides evidence; it does not declare an entity trustworthy.
